Patient rights

You have the right to be informed in a language you understand and to inspect your record. Results and invoices are available in the patient portal.

You decide who may see your record at another location. Every access is logged; you can withdraw a release at any time.

Complaints are handled by the management of the respective location. Independently of this, you can contact the health authority of the Balearic Islands.
